Kenny Hatch

FOUNDER & Lead player development coach

Kenny Hatch is a former 5-year professional basketball player. He began his basketball career at St. Ignatius, where he played 1 year of varsity basketball for the Wildcats. He then went on to play at Canada College, a junior college in Redwood City, where he led his team to the final four in 2015.

Kenny then earned a scholarship to play at Texas A&M International University, where he graduated with his degree in Accounting and won the 2017 Heartland Conference Championship. In 2018, Kenny went on to continue his basketball career internationally where he played professionally for five years in Spain & Italy. Kenny's basketball training focuses on fundamentals.

Kenny's journey has been anything but simple which has provided him with the knowledge and experience to be the best advisor. Kenny's expertise goes beyond basketball training and can help players accomplish their goals & gain the confidence needed to get their game to the next level.

player development coach & DIRECTOR OF BASKETBALL OPERATIONS

MADDY HATCH IS A CURRENT 5-YEAR PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL PLAYER. SHE BEGAN HER BASKETBALL CAREER AT ST. IGNATIUS, WHERE SHE PLAYED 2 YEARS OF VARSITY BASKETBALL FOR THE WILDCATS. DESPITE TWO KNEE INJURIES AND SURGERIES, SHE STILL FOUND A WAY TO EARN A SCHOLARSHIP TO PLAY AT CAL POLY HUMBOLDT, WHERE SHE GRADUATED WITH HER DEGREE IN KINESIOLOGY WITH AN EMPHASIS IN PRE-PHYSICAL THERAPY. DURING HER TIME AT HUMBOLDT, SHE HELPED HER TEAM WIN THE 2018 CCAA CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP AND HAD TWO NCAA TOURNAMENT APPEARANCES IN 2018 AND 2019. MADDY IS IN THE RECORD BOOKS AT HUMBOLDT FOR 3-POINTERS MADE IN A SEASON.

IN 2021, MADDY WENT ON TO CONTINUE HER BASKETBALL CAREER INTERNATIONALLY WHERE SHE PLAYED PROFESSIONALLY FOR four YEARS IN SPAIN & ITALY, HELPING TWO TEAMS GET PROMOTED. IN THE 2022-2023 SEASON SHE AIDED HER TEAM IN WINNING THE ITALIAN a2 CHAMPIONSHIP, GETTING PROMOTED TO THE FIRST LEAGUE.

MADDY’S BASKETBALL TRAINING FOCUSES ON BUILDING A STRONG FOUNDATION. SHE POSSESSES AN EXPERTISE IN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF SHOOTING.  MADDY’S JOURNEY HAS EQUIPPED HER WITH THE UNDERSTANDING  OF HOW TO BEST OVERCOME ADVERSITY, NOT ONLY IN BASKETBALL BUT IN LIFE. SHE BRINGS THIS INTO HER BASKETBALL TRAINING  AND MENTORSHIP.

MADDY IS TRAINED IN PRE-PHYSICAL THERAPY, ESPECIALLY IN INJURY PREVENTION, REHABILITATION, AND STRENGTH TRAINING. SHE IS CURRENTLY COMPLETING HER MASTERS IN KINESIOLOGY AT CAL STATE BAKERSFIELD. MADDY CAN AID PLAYERS IN MASTERING THE FUNDAMENTALS OF BASKETBALL AND GAINING CONFIDENCE TO OVERCOME WHATEVER OBSTACLES THEY MAY FACE.

Dom Messimore

Player development COACH

Dom Messimore is a passionate player development coach who enjoys working with individuals seeking improvements and advancements in their game. Following his high school basketball career at Elsie Allen High School (Santa Rosa, CA), Dom quickly began finding interest in developing workouts to train himself and others around him. He brings along a high school coaching background of 8 years including 3 seasons as a head boys varsity basketball coach. He is proud to say that he played a part in leading his former high school program to NCS appearances as both a player and coach.


Dom graduated from Sonoma State University with a degree in Business Administration. He has had the privilege to work with athletes spanning from the elementary level all the way to NCAA Division 1. In addition to skills development training, Dom is an educator in Sonoma County where he offers mentorship and understands the importance of providing individuals with the necessary space and skillsets required to chase their dreams.

Bryant Jefferson

Player development COACH

Bryant Jefferson is a Bay Area native from Palo Alto, California. At Palo Alto High School, he had a standout career as a three-year varsity player, earning honors as a two-time NorCal Finalist, First Team All-SCVAL selection, and All-Bay Area/All-Metro Peninsula-South Bay Honorable Mention as a senior.

Following high school, Bryant played a postgraduate year at Bridgton Academy in Maine before returning to the Bay Area to continue his career at College of San Mateo (CSM). As a team captain, he played a key role in establishing the program’s foundation and helping lead the Bulldogs to the state playoffs in their inaugural season before COVID cut the year short. His success at CSM earned him a Division II basketball scholarship to Chadron State College, where he helped guide the team to its first conference playoff appearance in nine years. During his second season at Chadron State, he was named to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Student-Athlete Honor Roll (2021–2022).

After battling injuries, Bryant transferred to Bethany College, where he closed out his playing career as a team captain while earning his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management.

Now beginning his coaching journey with Kenny Hatch Basketball, Bryant is eager to share his experience and knowledge of the game with the next generation of players. His goal is to help young athletes maximize their potential while continuing to grow and refine his own coaching and player development skills.



RoHndell “Rohn G” Goodwin

Player development COACH

Rohndell Goodwin is Freshly retired from a 10-year professional basketball career, Rohn G has built his reputation on attention to detail, discipline, and a deep respect for the fundamentals of the game.

A Bay Area native, Rohn G began his basketball journey at Cañada College, where he was named California State Player of the Year and earned a scholarship to play at Chaminade University of Honolulu. During his collegiate career, he was recognized with numerous honors, including selections to the All-Pacific West Conference First Team, NABC and D2CCA Second Team All-West Region, and All-Tournament Teams at the PacWest/GNAC Challenge, Maui Jim Maui Invitational, and PacWest Tournament.

Now transitioning from player to player development coach, Rohn G is passionate about sharing the wisdom and experience gained from his years on the court. His mission is to help the next generation of athletes develop a strong foundation, refine their skills, and reach their full potential—both in basketball and in life.

BRANDON ANDERS

Player development COACH

Brandon Anders is a Bay Area native, born and raised in San Jose, California, where he played basketball for Branham High School. His senior year at Branham, Brandon led his team to a 13-1 league-leading record, winning the League MVP award, receiving an honorable mention award for the all-county team, and making it to the second round of CCS.


After high school, Brandon took one year off competitive basketball, and came back his sophomore year to play at De Anza College in Cupertino, California, where he was named Team Captain, and was at the top of the state in blocks and steals per game before injuries derailed his season. After playing at De Anza, Brandon decided to stop playing competitive basketball for good, and became a practice player and team manager at UCSB for both teams, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Media, a Certification in Sport and Exercise Studies/Sports Management, and gained valuable coaching and training experience.


Now moving to a player development coach role, Brandon is excited to provide players with a safe environment to grow both as players and as people, and show them what it means to work hard and fight through adversity to reach their goals, as his coaches did for him.

rachel harvey

Player development Coach

Rachel harvey brings five years of Division I basketball experience along with professional playing experience overseas. As a point guard, she developed strong leadership, communication skills, and a high basketball IQ through years of competing at the highest levels.

She is committed to helping athletes build confidence, improve their fundamentals, and develop a deeper understanding of the game. Rachel specializes in guard development, ball handling, shooting, and game decision-making while creating a challenging and supportive training environment.

Adrienne lee

Player development ASSISTANT

Adrienne Lee is a Bay Area native from Sausalito, California, with a lifelong passion for basketball. She played varsity basketball at Tamalpais High School before stepping away from the game due to family circumstances—an experience that never diminished her love for it.

After earning her B.A. in Business Economics from UC Irvine, Adrienne began working full-time but felt a strong pull back to the sport. Adrienne began her professional career while continuing to stay closely connected to the game. In addition to coaching, she is currently fostering a women’s pickup basketball community in San Francisco, where she organizes runs and manages the group’s social media presence.

Adrienne is passionate about helping athletes grow both on and off the court and is committed to creating supportive and fun environment where players can develop their skills and love for the game.

Roman Lerais

Player development Assistant

Roman Lerais is a collegiate basketball player entering his junior year at Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts. A lifelong student of the game, Roman brings both high-level playing experience and a passion for player development to every session.

Roman began his coaching journey as the Head of Player Development for College Athlete Network, a nonprofit organization founded by two of his Emerson teammates. In this role, he designed and led skill development workouts for high school athletes with aspirations of playing at the collegiate level. He also served as a basketball instructor with PGC Basketball, one of the nation's premier basketball education programs.

As a player, Roman competed for four years at the varsity level, spending two years at San Francisco University High School and two years at New Hampton School, one of the top prep basketball programs in New England. During his junior season at University High School, he shot 45% from three-point range, ranking among the top five single-season marks in school history at the time. At New Hampton, he competed in the region's highest-level prep league and was selected as team captain during his senior year while learning from coaches with collegiate, Division I, and professional basketball backgrounds.

Roman enjoys working with athletes of all ages but has a particular passion for helping middle school and high school players prepare for the next level. His coaching focuses on developing efficient movement, strong fundamental skills, and game understanding. He believes that true development comes not only from learning skills, but from understanding when and how to apply them in competitive situations.

His favorite part of coaching is helping young athletes build confidence, reach their goals, and become the best versions of themselves both on and off the court.

KATIE WU

Player development ASSISTANT

Katie Wu was born & raised in San Francisco. She most recently played for Team (Jason) Kidd. At The Bay School of San Francisco, she was a varsity starter, first-team all league, and lead her team in points all four years. During her senior year, as team captain, she was honored league MVP. She is currently studying at the Wharton School of Business at UPenn. But her involvement with basketball doesn’t end as she’s serving as a student manager on the UPenn Women’s Basketball team.

Chief Executive Officer - CEO

Alexis Hatch was born & raised in Bakersfield, ca where she was a four-year starter & 3-time sectional valley champion for the stockdale women’s soccer team. She then accepted a scholarship to cal state east bay where she played & graduated with her degree in communications.

alexis is a results-driven Marketing and Content Specialist with a passion for crafting compelling brand narratives and data-driven strategies. With expertise in content creation, social media management, SEO, and campaign execution.
