Kenny Hatch Basketball LLC — Client Policies & Liability Acknowledgment


1) Athletic Waiver & Release of Liability I understand that participation in Kenny Hatch Basketball LLC (“KHB”) programs involves inherent risks of injury and illness (including but not limited to strains, sprains, concussion, serious injury, communicable diseases such as influenza/COVID-19), and potentially paralysis or death. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, even if arising from the negligence of KHB or others, and accept full responsibility for my participation. I agree to follow all rules, coach instructions, and posted guidance; if I observe any unusual hazard, I will remove myself and notify staff immediately. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS KHB, its officers, officials, agents, employees, other participants, sponsors, advertisers, and owners/lessors of premises from any and all claims for injury, illness, disability, death, or loss/damage to person or property, whether arising from their negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.


2) Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. The system will not allow rescheduling within 24 hours of a session.

  • No refunds are issued for single sessions or packages.

  • Sessions canceled 24 hours or more in advance will be credited back or moved to a new time if rescheduled.

  • Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be forfeited.

  • Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase. Missed, late-canceled

  • sessions, or no-shows are deducted from the package.

  • No-show fee: Clients who do not attend a scheduled session without canceling will be charged a $15 fee, in addition to losing the session.


3) Purchase Policy

  • All sessions, memberships, and packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Payment secures your booking and ensures your spot in the program.

  • Purchases are non-transferable and may not be shared with others without written approval from KHB.


4) Terms & Conditions

  • Participation is subject to compliance with all KHB rules, guidelines, and coach instructions.

  • KHB reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.

  • Class schedules, pricing, and policies are subject to change at KHB’s discretion, with notice provided where applicable.

  • By booking, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies.


5) Return / Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. There are no refunds for sessions, packages, memberships, or merchandise.

  • Session credits may only be returned to the client account if canceled 24 hours in advance.


6) Privacy Policy

  • KHB respects your privacy. Personal information collected through our

  • scheduling system, website, or other platforms is used solely for booking, communication, and program delivery.

  • We do not sell or share client information with third parties.

  • Payment information is processed securely through our scheduling/payment provider (e.g., Mindbody) and is never stored by KHB.

  • Clients may request access to or deletion of their data by contacting KHB directly.


7) Energy Drink Policy I acknowledge that from time to time, Kenny Hatch Basketball LLC may have available at its facility certain energy drinks for consumption at no charge. I acknowledge that the consumption of energy drinks carries certain health risks, including but not limited to increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure, anxiety, dehydration, insomnia, and other adverse reactions. I understand that energy drinks may contain high levels of caffeine and other stimulants not suitable for everyone. I HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF AND UNDERSTAND THE POTENTIAL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ENERGY DRINK CONSUMPTION, ESPECIALLY IN CONJUNCTION WITH PHYSICAL EXERTION DURING TRAINING. FURTHER, I HAVE CONSULTED, OR HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT, WITH A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL REGARDING THE SUITABILITY OF CONSUMING ENERGY DRINKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH PARTICIPANT’S TRAINING ACTIVITIES


8) Waitlist Policy

  • Clients may join a waitlist for fully booked sessions through the KHB app or scheduling system.

  • Joining the waitlist requires either an active credit or purchase of a single-session credit. No refunds are provided for credits used to join a waitlist.

  • If a spot becomes available, clients will be automatically added to the session and notified via email or app notification.

  • Once added from the waitlist, standard cancellation policies apply — cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to receive the credit back.

  • If you no longer wish to attend, you must remove yourself from the waitlist before being added to avoid losing the session credit.

  • KHB is not responsible for missed notifications or unaccepted waitlist spots.
